Pastry courses with French lessons and an internship in a restaurant to become a certified chef
For students who desire to learn or improve their skills in French bakery and also to add more creativity in their pastry and work with the latest high-level techniques, this program is for you.
This culinary program is intended for both professionals and beginners who want to gain experience in a French gastronomic restaurant. We provide internships in french restaurants which offer a real experience in high level French kitchens. Students who successfully complete the program, will obtain a degree in Culinary Arts.
Pastry courses and French lessons + internship

- 15H of hands-on pastry classes per week

Macaron Cheese cake
The pastry module includes:
1st week: breads, viennoiseries and doughs
2nd week: cakes and entremets
3rd week: plated desserts and decoration
4th week: chocolate
The monthly timetable will be repeated with new recipes and an increase level of difficulty.
Additional Information
Internship in a french restaurant
During the internship, students will be provided with room and board and receive a monthly stipend of around 550€
Holidays
All weekends are free. Depending of the session, you will have a 1 week break during which you can visit France or stay in the lodging: January intake (no week break); April intake (2022: from 30th of April to 8th of May / 2023: from 29th of April to 7th of May); September intake (2022: from 15th to 23rd of October; 2023: from 14th to 22nd of October)
