This program is for both professionals and beginners who desire to improve their skills in French Cooking, by providing exclusive hands-on classes at the One Michelin Star level with highly experienced teachers. This program includes some French classes for people who want to discover the French language.

The cooking module includes:

  • 1st and 5th week: cold starters
  • 2nd and 6th week: hot starters
  • 3rd and 7th week: fish and sauces
  • 4th and 8th week: meat and sauces

Every month It’s the same organisation but the recipes change and the level increases

Demonstration of the Chef followed by carrying out the recipe from A to Z by the student himself with the teacher's advice

Go sightseeing

All weekends are free so you can visit the South of France and practice the French language
