The pastry module includes:
- 1st and 5th week: bakery (breads, viennoiseries and doughs)
- 2nd and 6th week: cakes and entremets
- 3rd and 7th week: plated desserts and decoration
- 4th and 8th week: chocolate
The monthly timetable will be repeated with new recipes and an increase level of difficulty.
