To discover the beautiful vineyards of Languedoc Roussillon (the largest in Europe) and deepen the knowledge of our students during sommelier courses, they visit every Wednesday wine cellars in the area to know all the steps of winemaking.
Our students are supervised by the teachers. They meet wine growers and share with them their knowhow and their passion for the vine.
It is a real viticultural learning.
At each visit students taste all the wine produced by the wine cellar.
