Yesterday Gastronomicom cooking school in France was delighted to welcome Johanna Le Pape, the 2014 World Champion of sweet arts, for a masterclass. 🏆👩‍🍳

Under the watchful eyes of our pastry students she made a “ECLAT, coffee from panama, 70% chocolate” and a “CHEESECAKE, strawberry, raspberry and orange blossom”
