If you want to learn French gastronomic patisserie and start expressing yourself in French, this program is for you. You will learn pastry techniques from our experienced teachers. It’s a perfect chef apprenticeship! You will also discover the French language with our highly experienced French teacher.
Pastry courses and French lessons

Mille feuilles
The pastry module includes:
- 1st, 5th and 9th week: bakery (breads, viennoiseries and doughs)
- 2nd, 6th and 10th week: cakes and entremets
- 3rd, 7th and 11th week: plated desserts and decoration
- 4th, 8th and 12th week: chocolate
The monthly timetable will be repeated with new recipes and an increase level of difficulty.

Holidays
All weekends are free. Depending of the session, you will have a 1 week break during which you can visit France or stay in the lodging: January intake (no week break); April intake (2022: from 30th of April to 8th of May / 2023: from 29th of April to 7th of May); September intake (2022: from 15th to 23rd of October; 2023: from 14th to 22nd of October)
