Become qualified to work at a renowned restaurant by earning a degree through Gastronomicom International Culinary Academy. Sign up for our seven-month program and hone your knowledge in French cuisine and learn to speak French.
This culinary program is intended for both professionals and beginners who want to gain experience in a French gastronomic restaurant. We provide internships in french restaurants which offer a real experience in high level French kitchens. Students who successfully complete the program, will obtain a degree in Culinary Arts.
Crispy carrot, avocado, cream cheese, cucumber, fresh herbs and lime gel.
The cooking module includes:
- 1st, 5th and 9th week: cold starters
- 2nd, 6th and 10th week: hot starters
- 3rd, 7th and 11th week: fish and sauces
- 4th, 8th and 12th week: meat and sauces
The monthly timetable will be repeated with new recipes and an increase level of difficulty.

Additional Information
Internship in a french restaurant
During the internship, students will be provided with room and board and receive a monthly stipend of around 550€
Holidays
All weekends are free. Depending of the session, you will have a 1 week break during which you can visit France or stay in the lodging
