We are very happy to share a testimonial from two of our British alumni, Mike and Samantha Thomsett. Last year they created their own business, “food GLorious food Cookery Retreat with Sam and Mike Thomsett.”

Their cookery retreats are designed for people who would love to learn how to cook healthy low GL (glycaemic load) recipes that are delicious, nutritionally balanced, yet simple to create. Congratulations and we wish them great success! 

« Our course was excellent, providing us with both the confidence and skills to take on our new challenge. We learnt many different cookery techniques that we will use as well as the “how to run a training course” which we also found extremely interesting and professional. We enjoyed cooking a wide variety of foods during the course, however for me the main takeaway was developing the mind set using the techniques and then transferring them into creativity taking and using different ingredients and developing exciting new recipes. This creative thinking has taken us beyond just cooking but into a new business opportunity that has changed our lives.
