Trip to China

Martine Lessault, Director of Gastronomicom and Florent Cantaut, In Charge of Development and Pastry Teacher went to Chengdu, Beijing, Lianyungang and Jinan to meet various potential partners and to consolidate previous exchanges that were held during a visit in 2011. This business trip saw the signing of an Agreement to collaborate with the University of Lianyungang in the presence of its President and the Vice-Mayor of the City.The Purpose of this Agreement is to open, within interested Universities of the Region, Gastronomic Cooking, Pastry and French Wines Programs under Gastronomicom’s labelled name. A Pastry demonstration from Chef Florent Cantaut has been one of the highlights of this trip.
