We are very proud of our former student Soumya Karmakar who is starting his new position as Chef de Partie Pâtisserie at the Gastronomic restaurant Auberge au Boeuf ⭐️ under head chef Yannick Germain ✨

Soumya did a 7-month program at Gastronomicom in September 2022, including pastry classes, French lessons and an internship in a French restaurant.

An excellent French pastry school and hard work are the keys to success! 👍
