Our student Elan make a short report of the bread week
“Time flies! This is beginning of the last month of the 3-month program. Yes, it is the bread week again, but more precisely, an “Artisan” bread week. It is the first time in my life making such quantity of breads and pastry by “hands” within 5 days. How wonderful it is!
Thanks to Chef for his yummy recipes for different kinds of bread & cake, and techniques & skills in preparing various dough. And correcting our pronunciation on “Kouign-amann” – a cake made from bread dough originated in Breton.
