Our student Rana EL MENAWY (on the right in the picture) is currently doing an internship at the ⭐️ 1-Michelin star Restaurant Le clair de la plume in the South of France. 

She’s delighted to have the pleasure of meeting the famous ✨ 3-Michelin star Chef Glenn Viel. We’ve no doubt that this internship will be a fantastic experience for her.
