Our school offers short programs (or workshops) that are open to our students and to the public for anyone curious and willing to learn new cooking or pastry techniques.

With cooking, pastry and wine tasting experiences, we always try to offer a variety of workshops to meet our customers’ expectations.

Macarons Workshop

  • Tuesday, the 13th of February 2019: 4:30pm to 8:30pm

Cooking workshops 

An introduction to molecular cooking workshop

  • Using liquid nitrogen for a show, preparing different foams, clouds, inverse spherification, differents types of gelatin
