Our culinary Academy offers short programs (or workshops) that are open to our students and to the public for anyone curious and willing to learn new cooking or pastry techniques. With cooking, pastry and wine tasting experiences, we always try to offer a variety of workshops to meet our customers’ expectations.
Short programs in cooking and/or pastry (1 or 2 weeks)
Discover or improve a specif subject of French gastronomy in a short time (1 or 2 weeks)
Each month, 4 thematic weeks are possible:
- In Cooking: 1/ Cold Starters 2/ Hot Starters 3/ Fishes and Sauces 4/ Meats and Sauces
- In Pastry: 1/ Bakery (breads, viennoiseries, doughs) 2/ Cakes and Entremets 3/ Plated Desserts and Decoration 4/ Chocolate
