French cooking school Gastronomicom in France invites you to discover a diverse range of programs with various lengths, levels and complexity.

We invite you to enjoy our programs. Choose the class that fits you best: French pastry classes, French cooking classes, French language courses and wine classes.

All the courses are conducted in English.

Gastronomicom French Cooking School – Main Programs

Gourmet Program: 1 Month 

6 possibilities:

  • Cooking courses + pastry courses : 4 weeks with 15 hours of hands-on cooking classes per week + 15 hours of hands-on pastry classes per week
  • Cooking courses + French lessons*: 4 weeks with 15 hours of hands-on cooking classes per week + 15 hours of French lessons per week

Full Program (3 months courses + 4 months internship): Diploma in Gastronomic Cooking or Pastry

2 possibilities:

  • 3 months Cooking + French lessons (12 weeks with 15 hours of hands-on cooking classes per week + 15 hours of French lessons per week) + 4 months internship in a gastronomic restaurant in France
  • 3 months Pastry + French lessons (12 weeks with 15 hours of hands-on pastry classes per week + 15 hours of French lessons per week) + 4 months internship internship in a gastronomic restaurant in France

Details:

  • Diploma In Gastronomic Cooking or Pastry
  • In this program, cooking and pastry lessons are divided in 3 modules, each of 4 weeks. They are structured in the same manner as the Gastronomic program.
  • During the internship, students will receive a monthly stipend of 554 € as well as room and board.
  • All weekends are free (except during the internship) and you will have a 1 week-break to visit France (according to the program chosen and the intake date and during your time at school)

One year Program (6 months courses + 6 months internship): Diploma in Gastronomic Cooking & Pastry

Duration and content of the program :

  • 6 months at school with:
    • 180 hours of pastry lessons
    • 180 hours of cooking lessons
    • 360 hours of French lessons
  • 6 months in internship in a gastronomic restaurant in France

Details:

  • Diploma In Gastronomic Cooking or Pastry
  • During the internship, students will receive a monthly stipend of 554 € as well as room and board
  • All weekends are free (except during the internship) and you will have a 1 week-break to visit France (according to the program chosen and the intake date and during your time at school)

One Year Program Miami/Agde

  • 3 months Gastronomic cooking or pastry at Gastronomicom Miami
  • 3 months Gastronomic cooking or pastry + intensive French at Gastronomicom France (Agde)
  • 6 months internship in a gastronomic restaurant in France

Details:

  • During the internship, students will receive a monthly stipend of 554 € as well as room and board
  • All weekends are free (except during the internship) and you will have a 1 week-break to visit France (according to the program chosen and the intake date and during your time at school)
