The continuing increase in the number of students attending Gastronomicom’s Programs has enabled the Building and Opening of a Brand New Double Pastry Lab. The size of the lab makes it possible for our Teachers to manage 2 groups totalling about 30 students at once. Since all machines and cooking ustensiles are of the latest generation their conformity in terms of  Security are irreproachable.
