Campus in Mami
Gastronomicom is growing and opening a second campus in Miami.
Miami campus opened its doors to students in september 2016 in brand new premises. There is two classes fully equipped (90 square meters each) where students practice pastry and cooking. We decided to limit around 12 the number of student per classes. That allows a true proximity with the teachers and make the learning easier.
The school is located in Coral Gables (south of Miami) greening, dynamic and modern city. “The beautiful city” is situated less than 4 miles from Miami International Airport. It has many dining establishments and a lot of premium retailers. Plenty international companies are also based in Coral Gables.
- Discovery Program (1 or 2 weeks) in Cooking or Pastry
- Gourmet Program (1 month certificate) in Cooking or Pastry
- Epicure Program (2 months certificate) in Cooking or Pastry
- Special Miami/ South of France Internship Program (3 months classes in Miami + 3 months classes in France + 6 months internship in France in one-star Michelin level restaurants)
Our programs are made-up of hands-on classes only.
The pastry and cooking teachers are true professional. They will provide advice and manage to the best the students during classes’ hours
